Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Mile IME (the Android keyboard app, the web tools in your account center and this website, together the “Service”). The Service is provided by Haikou Longhua Zhenbai Network Technology Studio, an individual business (sole proprietorship) registered in Haikou, Hainan, People’s Republic of China (unified social credit code 92460000MA5TXU40XD), trading as “ZhenBai.ONE” (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, buying a pass or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Mile IME is a Chinese input method with live translation, sentence prediction, cloud-synced word memory, voice typing, AI writing help and keyboard skins. Free use is subject to daily limits. Premium and Super Premium passes remove or raise those limits as described on our plans section.

2. Your account

You need a ZhenBai.ONE account (email sign-in) to use cloud features and passes. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account was used without permission.

3. Passes, prices and payment

• Passes are one-time purchases for a fixed number of days (30 or 365). They do not renew automatically. Buying again adds the days to your current pass.
• A pass is activated on the account you name at checkout, normally within one minute of a completed payment, and ends at the end of its last day.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes are added where required.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
• Some Super Premium features can use third-party top-tier AI models whose usage is billed separately on ZhenBai.ONE; this is shown before you use them. Passes bought here are not converted into credits, coins or stored value of any kind.

4. Refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy. When a payment is refunded or charged back, the related pass ends.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to: break any law; send spam or fraudulent messages; infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights; harass or harm others; or probe, attack, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the security or operation of the Service. Automated or bulk access to the AI features is not allowed. Fair-use limits apply to “unlimited” features to prevent abuse.

6. AI features

Translation, prediction, voice typing and writing help are generated by machine-learning models, including models from third-party providers. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate; check important text before you send it. You are responsible for what you type, what you ask the AI to produce and how you use the output. Do not use AI features to create unlawful, deceptive or infringing content. Subject to these Terms, you own the text you write and the output generated for you, as far as the law allows. We may block requests or content that violate these Terms. To report content that infringes your rights, email [email protected]; we will review it and remove infringing material, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.

7. Your content and privacy

Text you send to AI features is processed only to provide the feature. Cloud memory and quick phrases are stored in your account so they sync across your devices. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, including the software, keyboard skins, designs, word lists and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and your pass while these Terms apply. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the Service or its skins.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every country or on every device. We may improve or change features. If we remove a paid feature during an active pass, we will offer a pro-rata refund on request.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment or chargebacks, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations. Where reasonable we will tell you first. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
